CRAZE Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Representations and Warranties)

You represent and warrant that (a) you are the sole owner of the NFT or artwork (collectively, the “NFT Artwork”) or are the authorized agent of the owner, and you have the full right, power, and authority to grant the rights and licenses granted hereunder for the submission of the NFT Artwork; (b) the NFT Artwork submitted hereunder to Arttoken Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) or any platforms owned or controlled by the Company including but not limited to 2R2.io (collectively, the Platform) as permitted by this Term of Use do not and will not violate or infringe any law or regulation, and do not and will not violate or infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, or any privacy, publicity, contract, or other third-party, right, or constitute libel or slander of any person, company, or other entity; (c) there is no threatened or pending litigation, proceeding, or other charge or claim related to the NFT Artwork; and (d) the NFT Artwork is free from any claims or encumbrances, and no consents from, or payments to, any third party are required for submitting the NFT Artwork to this Platform.

Article 2 (Indemnification)

By submitting any artwork or NFT to the Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the submitted NFT Artwork, including but not limited to: (a) claims of infringement of intellectual property rights; (b) violation of privacy rights; (c) purchase, ownership, sale, assignment, donation, or any other transfer or use of, or interaction with, the NFT or artwork (d) fraud, misconduct, or other misrepresentation in connection with the NFT Artwork; (e) alleged or actual breach of this Term of Use, and (f) any other violation of applicable laws or regulations. You further acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the NFT Artwork you submit to the Platform and that the Platform assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, quality, legality, or appropriateness of the submitted NFT or artwork.
